• 1 final alignment meeting (90 minutes – 1–2 weeks before)

✧ ON THE WEDDING DAY

• Up to 8 consecutive hours on-site
• Coordination of ceremony & reception flow
• Cueing key moments (ceremony, entrances, speeches)
• Vendor point of contact & direction
• Guest guidance (ceremony → cocktail → reception)
• Assistance with gathering for photos
• Light décor placement & organization before the ceremony
